The Ticonderoga at the Shelburne Museum in Autumn.

We went on a late autumn day and although the parking lot had lots of tour buses and cars the museum grounds were relatively open and never felt crowded.  They house a wonderful art collection of their own, but this day we went primarily to see the Georgia O'Keeffe show.

The grounds keep to the theme of a town in the 1800's.
They use the buildings as learning tools for local school classes as well.

I found the pharmacy and printing shop the most fascinating.  In each building there are people there are are either working or explaining the history of each exhibit.
